Worried about getting approval (and funds)
to come to New Orleans? We’ve got you covered.

We know funds can be tight and you might get some pushback from your pastor or administration on attending a conference.

So, we thought it would be a good idea to put together a handy little package for your church. First, let them know that Ideas to Impact 2020 will:

  • Be the largest, most comprehensive training event for ACS, Parish Data System, and Realm (if you’re using or interested in our software). Considering an hour of online software training alone would cost $125 or a single day of onsite training would be $750 plus travel expenses, this conference is a true bargain.
  • Include sessions by leaders from other churches that are doing what you want to do, industry experts who will actually show you how to get things done, and senior ACS Technologies staff with decades of combined ministry experience.
  • Include dozens of ministry impact sessions that you won’t find anywhere else on topics from giving to security, assimilation, engagement, communication, and more.
  • Be your chance to network and “talk shop” with over 850 other ministry leaders doing what you’re doing.

We’ll be staying at hotels within easy walking distance of the Morial Convention Center.

By staying close by, you will be minutes away from all of the sessions and conference activities and will save you the cost of additional transportation to and from the conference. We start the days early with our Resource Area opening at 8:30 am. And we run until after 5:30 pm to maximize your learning opportunities. If you stay at one of our recommended hotels, you won't have to worry about morning or evening traffic (which is heavy). We’ve also negotiated great hotel rates, so consider sharing a room to save.

New Orleans is a convenient location for travel by air, train, or car.

If that’s not enough, we even wrote your request letter to your business manager for you. Just download this letter, fill in the missing areas, pass to your manager, and you’re good to go.

This is a great chance for you to learn, share, and re-energize yourself so you can return with new ideas and fresh skills that you can put to work as soon as you return.

We’ll see you in New Orleans!
