Cancellation Policy

If you find that you have to cancel your registration for the convention, please call 800-669-2509 or email conference@acst.com. Please note, if you do not notify ACS Technologies of your cancellation, your organization will still be responsible for full payment; substitutions may be made at any time.

Early Bird Cancellation - Cancel before January 31, 2019, and receive a full refund.

Regular Cancellation - Cancel by March 29, 2018, and receive an 80% refund of your registration fees.

Late Cancellation - Cancel between March 30 and May 3, 2018, and receive a 50% refund of your registration fees.

No Refund Cancellation - Registration fees for cancellations after May 4, 2018, are not refundable.
